Shree Homes Inc. was officially established in February 2019. Although our company is relatively new in the London Ontario market, the principal of Shree Homes Inc. has over thirty years of experience of home building. Of those years, over fifteen were sourced right here in London, Ontario. We aim to provide quality home builds for generations to come, and our dedication to certifications and affiliations represent a big step towards trustworthiness and commitment.
Tarion is a not-for-profit consumer protection organization established by the Ontario government to administer the province’s new home warranty program.
For over 45 years Tarion has served new home buyers and owners by ensuring that one of their life’s biggest investments is protected. Our vision is that all new home buyers in Ontario have peace of mind that they are getting the home they were promised. Our mission is to give Ontario home buyers consumer protection and confidence that their new homes are properly built. We do this through fair issues resolution, education, and outreach. We want homeowners to receive excellent customer service and the best new home warranty program in Canada.
The London Home Builders’ Association (LHBA) was founded in 1952 and is comprised of builders, developers, renovators, suppliers, subcontractors, supporting financial institutions and professionals.
The Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) is the voice of the residential construction industry in Ontario, representing 4,000 member companies organized into 27 local associations across the province.
Since 1943, the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) has been “the voice of Canada’s residential construction industry.” Representing one of the largest industry sectors in Canada, our membership is made up of ~8,500 companies.
Effective February 1, 2021, the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (the HCRA) has been designated as Ontario’s regulator of new home builders and vendors under the New Home Construction Licensing Act 2017 (NHCLA).
The Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) is responsible for regulating and licensing the people and companies who build and sell new homes in Ontario, giving new home buyers confidence in one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
